As of November 2004 Dorenbos | Rasch Estate Agents in the Gooi region and surrounding area is a reality. Patrick Dorenbos and Carel Rasch have joined forces to set up this estate agency. Our mission is as simple as it is familiar. We aim to provide a professional, responsive service. Accessibility and service are of paramount importance. Search, sale and valuation of private properties are our core business.

- viewings possible every working day except Friday from 9.00am to 8.00pm and on Saturdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm

The cost breakdown:
Apart from the purchase price of the property, you can reckon on around 8%-10% on average in additional charges. They can be broken down as follows:
- you pay 6% property transfer tax on the purchase price of an existing property;
- you pay the relevant charges of a notary’s office for the drawing up of a title deed and if necessary a mortgage deed;
- administration costs are charged for taking out a mortgage loan;
- you pay a fee for the services of an estate agent.
Most buying and selling transactions are supervised by an estate agent. The seller of a property employs the services of an estate agent for the sale of his property. A buyer employs the services of an estate agent for assistance with the purchase. An estate agent in the Netherlands is not allowed to represent the interests of both parties at the same time. We will of course be glad to tell you about the importance of the support of an estate agent.
Professional body NVM
The Dutch Association of Real estate brokers and real estate experts (NVM) is a professional body that sets high quality standards. These standards are clearly recognisable for the consumer and are highly valued. The NVM consequently has a market share of not less than 70%. Dorenbos | Rasch Estate Agents are members of the NVM and have therefore committed themselves to these quality standards.
