Our team at DorenbosIRasch has years of experience in searching for, and assisting clients with the purchase of a home. Because finding a new home is often an exciting and extensive affair, we offer full-service purchase guidance where you are completely relieved of the burden of the process. Our working area covers the Gooi region and neighbouring cities. For search queries outside this area we work together with our network of colleagues who are happy to put their local knowledge at your disposal. This gives you an advantage in your search for a new home.

How we work

What you can expect from us

1. Getting acquainted and setting out your search

During an exploratory meeting, we map out your housing needs. What exactly are you looking for? We also look at the financial possibilities, so that we can focus our search.

2. Start an automatic search

Using our search system, we will inform you of new listings that meet your search profile. You probably also like to keep searching via Funda yourself. If you see an interesting property, please contact one of our estate agents first. That way you won't waste a lot of time visiting listings that do not meet your wishes.

3. Viewings

We take an objective look at the house of your choice and advise you on all aspects that may be of influence. The real value is only one of these aspects. But what about the location, overdue maintenance, renovation costs, permits and marketability?

4. Negotiations and agreement

If the house meets your requirements, we will start the negotiations with the selling party. As soon as we have reached an agreement, the selling agent will draw up the contract of sale. We will thoroughly discuss the contract with you before you can sign it.

5. To the notary’s office

We remain at your service during the process leading up to the transfer at the notary. Before you go to the notary’s office, we inspect the house with the selling party. When both parties agree, we go to the notary for the final key transfer. Congratulations on the purchase of your new home!

Besides our full-service purchase assistance, Dorenbos|Rasch Makelaars also offers customers the possibility to request our services for some parts of the purchase process. Have you found an interesting house yourself? Then we will inspect the house and start negotiations with the selling party as soon as possible.
